Frequently asked questions
Do you provide dosing advice?
We don’t provide personalised dosing instructions. Any information we share is general guidance only and not medical advice. Please do your own research and/or seek professional medical guidance before using any product.
Can you tell me how to mix/reconstitute a vial?
We can’t provide 1:1 mixing instructions via messages. We’ve created website guides and videos to support you — please use those resources.
I’ve been on Mounjaro and want to swap to your product — what should I do?
If you’re switching from Mounjaro to one of our products, we always recommend starting on a lower dose than you were previously using.
This helps your body adjust to a different product and can reduce the risk of unwanted side effects (such as nausea, sickness, reflux, headaches, or fatigue). Once you’ve tolerated the lower dose well, you can then increase gradually if appropriate.
What if I feel unwell after using a product?
There are some side effects with our products, feeling sick, head ache etc, but if you feel seriously unwell please seek medical advice.
What’s the difference between a pen and a vial?
A pen is pre-measured and easier to use (best for beginners). A vial usually requires mixing and measuring your own dose, so it’s better for experienced users. If you’re unsure, choose a pen.
I don’t understand dosing — what should I buy?
If you’re not confident with dosing or vial use, please choose a pen, as these are done for you and reduce the risk of measuring errors.
What’s included with pens and vials?
A: Vial orders come with mixing water, a green mixing needle, a mixing syringe, 4 injection syringes, and alcohol wipes. Pen orders come with alcohol wipes and 5 pen needles.
