How To Order
Once you have finished shopping, the checkout process will say Bank Transfer but the payment will be via Revolut Pay, NO PAYMENT IS NEEDED AT CHECKOUT. You will receive an email from us (please check your junk file) confirming your order with a Secure Payment Link,
a simple click from the email will take you to the Revolut secure payment page.
Once your payment is processed, you will receive tracking information from Royal Mail to monitor your delivery.

Postage Information
Our Royal Mail collection takes place each morning at 8:30am.
Any orders placed after this time will be collected the following working day.
Please note — we do not have collections on Sundays or Bank Holidays, so any orders placed during those times will be processed on the next working day.
We do occasionally make extra drop-offs at the Post Office, so you might receive your parcel sooner than expected!
If you have any special requests or delivery notes, please add them to the “Notes” section at checkout, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
Both of our postage options are 24 hour with Royal Mail. If you do not receive your order within 3 days please contact us. Any lost orders reported after the three days will not be refunded or replaced.
